Policies and Conditions

Copyright Notice:  The photographer/Flyt Vsion is the copyright holder of the image. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a written agreement is made

Photo Rights and Usage for Real Estate Photography:  The original client who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that specific advertisement. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the agreed upon duration.

Images cannot be sold to another person or business.

Images cannot be edited, cropped, and or modified for re use without specific permission.

Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in legal action.

Photo editing: Photos will be edited to accurately display the property condition and features. Photos cannot be photoshopped to present inaccurate conditions. Removing or replacing driveways, holes in drywall, or other damages is unethical and will not be done. Small touch ups like greener grass, sky swap, and or blemish removal are acceptable and will be done if needed.

Scheduling: After an appointment is scheduled the Photographer and Client enter into an agreement and will accept all policies and conditions.

Cancellation policy: Any cancelation must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled job. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee if not rescheduled. Weather or other uncontrollable situations are acceptable reasons for cancellation and will not be subject to a fee.

Payment: Payment is expected before delivery of final product. Payment is due via check, cash, card, or electronic payment (i.e. Venmo, Paypal, or CashApp). Payment is due on the scene of the appointment if you are paying by check, cash, or card. Credit or debit cards are accepted with a %3.05 service fee.
